Physiotherapy

Our First Contact Physiotherapists can see and Musculoskeletal (MSK) issues such as join and muscle pains, back/neck ache etc.

Social Prescribing

Our Social welfare team can help patient who with specific social needs which could lead to ongoing health issues, either physically or mentally. They can assist with helping patients access community groups to provide support and rehabilitation, or even advice such as money concerns.

Minor Operations

Many minor surgical problems can be dealt with at the surgery. Our doctors can perform joint injections and excisions for medical (non-cosmetic) relief. Please make a routine appointment to see one of our qualified doctors.

Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) Clinic

Weekly clinic offering female patients long-term contraceptive options. Please make a routine appointment to see one of our qualified nurses.

Warfarin Monitoring Clinic

A weekly clinic for current patients requiring monitoring for Warfarin prescriptions and dosing. Please make a routine appointment to see one of our qualified nurses.

Baby Vaccinations

Weekly immunisation clinics to provide our newborn baby patients with routine immunisations such as MMR, Diptheria, Typhoid and Polio. Your vaccinations will normally be arranged by Rotherham Child Health Services but please contact the surgery if you wish to cancel or amend the time of your appointment.

Travel Vaccinations

Protecting yourself against disease when you travel abroad is paramount to your safety and preventing the risk of infection. Our nurses are able to offer immunisation against the most common diseases found in other parts of the world.

*Please note – not all travel vaccinations are offered free of charge on the NHS. Some vaccinations you may need to pay for, or attend a private clinic for immunisation. When calling, please tell us which vaccinations you will require as we do not hold stock of all vaccinations and may need to source them for you prior to immunisation. Make sure you leave enough time to receive a full course of immunisations prior to travel!!

Long Term Conditions

Our clinical practitioners are able to support our patients who live with long term conditions. Book and attend your regular review sessions to ensure that we can offer the best advice and healthcare to help you manage your condition.

Counselling

Appointments available to discuss mental health issues with our counsellor. This service is available initially by referral only. Please book a routine appointment with a GP to initially discuss this service and your suitability for referral. Further appointments can me made directly with the counsellor.

Alcohol Services

Designed to help you achieve your targets with regards to alcohol consumption and/or cessation. This service is available  by referral only. Please book a routine appointment with a GP to initially discuss this service and your suitability for referral. Further appointments can me made directly with the alcohol service worker.

Lifestyle Clinic

Designed to support you in dietary and lifestyle choices in order to improve your health.  This service is available initially  by referral only. Please book a routine appointment with a GP to initially discuss this service and your suitability for referral. Further appointments can me made directly with the lifestyle clinician.
