To further improve our service to patients we have introduced a Call Back service to prevent patients waiting on hold for long periods of time whilst calling the Surgery.
When prompted simply follow the instructions to request a call back and confirm/provide/amend the number on which you would like to receive your call back. Your position will be held in the queue and one of our team will phone you back.
Please make sure you have your phone to hand to receive the call as we can only attempt a call back once.
