Primary Care Networks
Primary Networks have been created to enable GP practices to join up with other local GP Practices to form groups
Through Primary Care Networks we are able to offer patients additional services which include:
- Social Prescribers
- Physiotherapist triage
- Paramedic home visiting service
- Additional minor illness appointments provided by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Mental Health Practitioners
Market Surgery is part of the Health Village Dearne Valley Network. This PCN is made up of 3 practices:
- Market Surgery
- St Ann’s Medical Centre
- Clifton Medical Centre
Due to the nature of collaborative working, services will be provided across all 3 sites. Therefore patients may be able to attend appointments at all 3 locations
