NHS Health Check

Adults without existing health conditions and are aged 40-74 are able to have a free NHS health check every 4 years. Its purpose is to spot the early signs of a variety of long term health conditions such as stroke, kidney disease, dementia and type 2 diabetes. Eligible patients should be invited to attend an NHS Health Check appointment at the Surgery. Please contact us if you would like to book a Health Check or find out if you are eligible.
